Practice before production

Handle the hard tickets before your customers send them

A new rep starts Monday. Your AI agent is ready for a tougher test. Periscope gives both a safe place to get things wrong, using realistic, labeled tickets built from your site, help docs and public social posts.

How it works

Your next practice queue starts with a URL

There's no help desk export to clean up and no live support system to connect. Periscope learns from what you already publish, then lets you shape the situations your team needs to rehearse.

1

Show it what customers know

Paste your URL. Periscope finds your help center, docs, blog and public social profiles, then learns the product names, policies and details customers see.

2

Shape the queue you need

Tell Periscope which issues fill your inbox, how customers get in touch and what tone they use. Focus the practice on billing, refunds, bugs or whatever comes next.

3

Put the tickets to work

Generate a handful or hundreds at a time. Each ticket comes labeled by type, channel, sentiment and difficulty, ready to use in Periscope or export as JSONL, Markdown or CSV.

See what they'll face

This could have come from your queue

Plan names, policies and product details are drawn from your content. New reps practice judgment instead of generic role-play, and AI agents face questions your customers could plausibly ask.

Still billed the Growth plan rate after downgrading

Hi — I moved our account from the Growth plan down to Starter on the 3rd, but this morning I was charged the full Growth amount again. The change is clearly showing in my account settings.

Can you refund the difference and confirm the downgrade actually took effect before the next cycle?

When to use it

Give new reps and AI agents a trial run first

A new support rep starts on Monday

Let them make their first judgment calls in a queue that looks like yours. Mistakes stay in the lesson, not in a real customer conversation.

  • Rehearse the issues and policies they'll handle most
  • Run team calibration without reusing customer conversations
  • Adjust the mix as their confidence grows

Your AI agent aces the happy path

See what happens when billing gets messy, a customer gets frustrated or the answer takes several help articles to piece together.

  • Build targeted training and evaluation sets
  • Review every ticket by issue, sentiment and difficulty
  • Send labeled JSONL straight to your pipeline
Pay for the work, not the seats

Buy the tickets you need. Come back when you need more.

No monthly plan to manage and no per-user fee. Credits stay in your workspace, ready for the next onboarding round, eval run or policy change.

Before you try it

What you'll want to know first

What does Periscope read?

Only the public content you point it at: your marketing site, help center, docs, blog and public social profiles. Those sources give Periscope the product facts, policies and language it needs to make each practice ticket specific to your business.

Do I need to upload customer conversations?

No. Periscope works from public business content, plus a short questionnaire about your support mix. The customers and conversations it generates are synthetic, so you can create a useful practice set without copying real tickets into another tool.

Do I have to connect my social accounts?

No login or account access is needed. Periscope reads public Instagram and Facebook pages; discovery on X is best-effort.

Can I bring in real tickets too?

Not yet. Periscope doesn't currently import from Zendesk, Front or Intercom. It works from public content, which means you can build a practice queue without touching your live help desk.

What will a run cost?

Periscope uses 2 credits for each crawled page, 10 for each social post and 5 for each generated ticket. You'll see the cost before generating a batch. New workspaces include trial credits, and paid credits don't reset each month.
